Capital Punishment Should Be Given To a High Corruption Case

Capital Punishment Should Be Given To a High Corruption Case

Based on http://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_penalty,  Death penalty, also called capital punishment, is when a government or state executes (kills) someone, usually because he or she has done a serious crime, such as murder.  According to World Bank, corruption is the abuse of public office for private gain. Transparency International defines corruption as the abuse of entrusted power for private gain. Corruption is includes to a serious crime, because it gives many bad effects to their country and their people. There are some arguments about applying a capital punishment to a high corruption case.
The advantages of capital punishment is decreasing the corruption case. People will afraid of the law (which is good) so they hesitate to do a crime. The death penalty will make a deterrent effect and shows that our law is coherent. They can not run from his responsibility, he deserve a punishment as heavy as what he did. People will become more prosperous since allegedly there’s no one who will take their money.
Capital punishment not only has some advantages for some people, but also it has disadvantages. A lot of people said that “it against the human right”. Once you killed people, you can’t bring their life back.  There is possibility put an innocent to death penalty, human life is precious. They said there is another way to punish them.
In my opinion, we should apply a capital punishment in our country. There are so many cases that revealed. It betrays our country and harm our people. If we don’t make a new policy, then the people who is corrupt would not afraid do his same mistake again and again. A study done in 2005 found that the following countries did the most executions:
1.     China (At least 1,770 executions)
2.     Iran (At least 94)
3.     Saudi Arabia (At least 86)
4.     United States (60)
5.     Pakistan (31)
6.     Yemen (24)
7.     Vietnam (21)
8.     Jordan (11)

In those countries, the corruption case was decreased since they issued a capital punishment policy. Lets improved our law strength and find the justice!

Little boy and old lady : Beautiful Short Story

Will someone see God in your smile or kind deeds?

There once was a little boy who wanted to meet God. He knew it was a long trip to where God lived, so he packed his suitcase with Twinkies and a six-pack of root beer, and he started on his journey. When he had gone about three blocks, he met an old woman. She was sitting in the park, staring at some pigeons. The boy sat down next to her and opened his suitcase.

He was about to take a drink from his root beer when he noticed that the old lady looked hungry, so he offered her a Twinkie. She gratefully accepted it and smiled at him.
Her smile was so pretty that the boy wanted to see it again, so he offered her a root beer. Once again, she smiled at him. The boy was delighted. They sat there all afternoon eating and smiling, yet they never said a word.
As it grew dark, the boy realized how tired he was and he got up to leave. Before he had gone more than a few steps, he turned around, ran back to the old woman and gave her a hug. She gave him her biggest smile ever.
When the boy opened the door to his own home a short time later, his mother was surprised by the look of joy on his face. She asked him, “What did you do today that made you so happy?” He replied, “I had lunch with God.” But before his mother could respond, he added, “You know what? She’s got the most beautiful smile I’ve ever seen!”
Meanwhile, the old woman, also radiant with joy, returned to her home. Her neighbor was stunned by the look of peace on her face, and she asked, “What did you do today that made you so happy?” She replied, “I ate Twinkies in the park with God.” But before her neighbor responded, she added, “You know, he’s much younger than I expected.”
SUMMARY:
Let your friends, your family, people see God in your smile, in your kindness, in you :)

Talking About Myself

Well, Hi!
My name is Dinda Risza Riani, you can call me Dinda. I was born on 27th March 1997. I live in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. I'm the youngest child in my family since I have two twin brothers. Now, I study at Senior High School 3 Bandung (city where I was born) at XI 4 Science. I loveee singing! I love Jazz, Big band, easy-listening, swing, and waltz genres. Music is my life. Sometimes I day-dreaming about myself singing in New York Broadway "Hall of Fame" haha!

Actually, writing a SWOT is a new thing to me
I just found out what wikipedia said that SWOT stands for
StrengthsWeaknessesOpportunitiesThreats

Me and myself :)
I have a dream. It's not the title of the song ok. I want to be a Military Doctor, the great one of course. I believe you're sitting there and wondering why should the "Military"? Well, since I was 5 I'm interested in all military things. The soldiers and stuffs. I think they are cool, wear a uniform, holding up the big gun to protect our country. Since then, I said to myself: "I always want to do something good to my country. Let's start from helping our people. Be a doctor. The helpful one."
But besides that, I'm in love with economy and it stuffs. I don't even know why. Maybe it's because I grown up in "banking" family :) I mean a lot of my family members worked in bank. So, my other goal is becoming an expert at economy and be useful for Indonesia. So... I want to be the Financial (Economy) Ministry of Indonesia. I hope it's not too much :p

Strengths
- I'm good at making friends
- Convincing people to believe me
- Wise (sometimes)
- Responsible for my responsibilities
- Good listener
- Loving a fast work
- Loyal

Weakness
- Not a patient person
- CARELESS!
- Not looking for a perfection
- Hate waiting
- Hate searching
- Selfish (sometimes)
- Lazy

Opportunities
- Psychological result told me that I'm good at leading people / company
- I'm able to convincing people
- Improve my speaking skills
- Build charisma aspect
- Improve logical skills
- Practices to analyze something based on the truth

Threats
- My moody characteristic
- If I not trust people once. It's hard for me to believe them again
- My biggest threat is MYSELF. I know my goals are not easy to reach. But, the dark shade of me persuades me to being so lazy!!! I have to fight some demon inside me and replace them with a lots of angelic one o:)

Don't you ever hear that nothing is "Impossible"? Because the word itself said "I'm possible".
Thank you!

Task1: The Cycle Life of Bird

There are mainly 5 stages in bird life cycles. They are:
1. Incubation
2. Nestlings
3. Fledglings
4. Courtship
5. Mating

Now, let's see what are they
1. Incubation (Hard Egg)
Birds begin their life inside a hard egg. The parent Bird will sit on the eggs to keep them warm until they hatch. The embryo gets nutrition from the yolk which is the yellow part of egg, which contains high fat and protein, so the embryo can stay alive inside the egg.

2. Nestlings
Nestling breaks through the shell using tiny chisel. When the Birds hatch, they’re called nestlings. The parent Bird will bring the food so they can grow.

3. Fledglings
At about 7 days old, it starts to grow its adult feathers. Birds leave their parents and the nest at the end of this stage.

4. Courtship
Courtship varieties between different Birds and happens during migration for Birds that migrate. Birds court one another with dances, songs and building nests. Most of the time, females build it because the male looking for a food.

5. Mating
After the nest is completed, the couple mates and the female lay eggs to begin life cycle again. The male bird attracts the female by singing and doing tail dancing. Some of birds are doing polygamy which is the male mate with more than one female, and some other birds also do polyandry which is the female mate to more than one male.

That's all :) Hope it's able to add more knowledge. Thanks
