Capital Punishment Should Be Given To a High Corruption Case

Capital Punishment Should Be Given To a High Corruption Case

Based on http://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_penalty,  Death penalty, also called capital punishment, is when a government or state executes (kills) someone, usually because he or she has done a serious crime, such as murder.  According to World Bank, corruption is the abuse of public office for private gain. Transparency International defines corruption as the abuse of entrusted power for private gain. Corruption is includes to a serious crime, because it gives many bad effects to their country and their people. There are some arguments about applying a capital punishment to a high corruption case.
The advantages of capital punishment is decreasing the corruption case. People will afraid of the law (which is good) so they hesitate to do a crime. The death penalty will make a deterrent effect and shows that our law is coherent. They can not run from his responsibility, he deserve a punishment as heavy as what he did. People will become more prosperous since allegedly there’s no one who will take their money.
Capital punishment not only has some advantages for some people, but also it has disadvantages. A lot of people said that “it against the human right”. Once you killed people, you can’t bring their life back.  There is possibility put an innocent to death penalty, human life is precious. They said there is another way to punish them.
In my opinion, we should apply a capital punishment in our country. There are so many cases that revealed. It betrays our country and harm our people. If we don’t make a new policy, then the people who is corrupt would not afraid do his same mistake again and again. A study done in 2005 found that the following countries did the most executions:
1.     China (At least 1,770 executions)
2.     Iran (At least 94)
3.     Saudi Arabia (At least 86)
4.     United States (60)
5.     Pakistan (31)
6.     Yemen (24)
7.     Vietnam (21)
8.     Jordan (11)

In those countries, the corruption case was decreased since they issued a capital punishment policy. Lets improved our law strength and find the justice!
